Process

Advanced Fiber Laser Micro-cutting utilizing Staggered or Interrupted Slot Patterns. This allows our engineers to leave substantial uncut metal bridges, ensuring the shaft remains unbending while gaining vital anti-kink properties and surface texturing for polymer overmolding.
