The 2-Way Articulation Hypotube acts as the critical bending skeleton for dual-wire steerable instruments. It restricts movement to a single plane (e.g., up/down), allowing surgeons to navigate complex anatomical pathways with precise, predictable control without compromising the shaft’s overall pushability.

Process

State-of-the-art Femtosecond and Fiber Laser Micro-cutting on multi-axis CNC tube lasers. This heat-controlled process minimizes the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ), preventing material warping and ensuring pristine micro-joints.
